This Cherry Hill employee Benefit Company is seeking a Full Time Administrative/Customer Service/Attorney Network Administrator.
Job DescriptionQualified Candidates will be responsible for incoming and outbound calls and customer service. The candidate will possess the ability to converse with attorneys and manage our attorney network.
Full Time hours, professional work environment in a small entrepreneurial company. Strong telephone skills required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to regularly exercise independent creative thinking and exceed our client’s expectations. The ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to individuals and attorneys in a professional manner is critical as well as exceptional follow up skills.
The Administrative/Customer Service/Attorney Network Administratormust provide exceptional account management services for our clients through positive interaction with clients, employees, and law firms and have the ability to handle problem resolutions.
Qualifications/Experience:- Legal background helpful but not required
- 2 - 3 years Administrative or Legal or Paralegal or Customer Service Experience required
- Ability to plan and organize
- An understanding of Customer Relationship Management software.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Linkedin and Social Media sites.
